The Project

CEI was selected to manage the 2nd annual Vision Awards for a pharmaceutical client and deliver the show as a fully virtual production to the team of 200 employees participating from their home offices.

The Brief

With 4 weeks lead time, our client requested we provide:
  • A new and creative look, different from previous
  • A seamless technical production
  • Elements of fun for the participants to experience

Our Role

Our Creative Services team was tasked to design a fresh and new look for the live stream, while our Studio team carefully managed the details surrounding technical delivery, including scheduling pre-records, edits, rehearsals and testing. On day of show, CEI Studio and Production Teams worked closely with stakeholders and presenters to run a seamless show, complete with unique sound effects, animations and engaging moments.
