CEI was up for the challenge to support a healthcare client with a sales kickoff/relaunch in Las Vegas in April 2022. Read on to learn more about how our team tackled the project.

The Project

A US Healthcare company partnered with CEI on a National Sales & Launch Event at The Venetian Las Vegas, convening a team of over 2,000 employees from across the country.

The Brief

In the span of 90 days, the CEI team managed AV planning, design and execution of all sessions including:
  • 1 General Session and 4 Area Rooms
  • 1 Live Broadcasting Studio
  • 1 Share Fair (exhibit area)
  • 24 Interactive Workshop Rooms
  • Branding and Digital Signage throughout the venue

Our Role

Our team transformed over 30 hotel meeting rooms into immersive spaces optimally designed for learning, communication and discovery. Through close collaboration with Creative, Production, Stakeholders and Supplier teams, we secured all equipment, orchestrated technical crew and union labor, oversaw all elements of setup, execution and strike, and provided support in all stages of pre and onsite AV Production for live event and streaming.

The Outcome

Sales and Launch Events require careful attention when it comes to change management, communication plans, production schedules, and risk management. By executing according to our plan, even amid changes, our highly skilled managers and technicians produced a best-in-class event for our client.
