Exhibit Booth Case Study

Conventions and Congresses bring together thought leaders in any industry. One of the most effective ways to educate and inform an audience on a product or service is on the Exhibition Floor. Successful Exhibition Booths need to provide a sense of connection to the audience through careful design, flow and brand identity.

The Project

CEI was selected to manage the virtual and physical exhibition booth for a European healthcare company at AD/PD, 15-17 March 2022 in Barcelona, Spain. This was the company’s first time participating as an Exhibitor at this event.

The Brief

With over a decade of experience working with the client’s branding guidelines, we were tasked to create a welcoming and engaging space to introduce our client's presence into a new therapy area. The client required a consistent approach to the virtual and physical representations of the booth.

Our Role

CEI was responsible for overall booth design, creative production of artwork for the physical and virtual booths, video production, print design, and onsite booth build. Our EMEA team also managed the virtual booth creative elements to be designed and scaled for the Congress’ virtual platform. These items required extra diligence as they were part of legal reviews.

The Outcome

The booth’s design aesthetic aligned perfectly with company branding and visual guidelines. The layout was engaging and welcoming, resulting in positive results with overall foot traffic and virtual participation via the event app. Our client was so pleased with our work, that we’ve been selected to support additional exhibition booths for upcoming global congresses!
