The Project
CEI was entrusted with creating a standout three-day live event in San Diego for a unique food service client, where the demand for innovative and reliable event solutions was paramount. This 500-person event required a more impactful set and scenic solution, top-tier AV and production support, and creative elements that enhanced the conference’s celebratory spirit.
The Brief
Our team was tasked to integrate the client’s brand into the main stage design, complete with stage and ambient lighting to complete the look. The CEI team seamlessly coordinated pre-production, creative design, AV, digital signage and onsite production. Meticulous planning of the room setup and design was crucial to ensure quick transitions, opening and closing of airwalls, and smooth execution of a fast-paced agenda.
Our Role
With the Grand Ballroom hosting a main session and breakout spaces, attendees flowed seamlessly to foyer and outdoor areas for networking and interactive experiences. We worked to ensure their brand's flavor was prominent throughout the set. The set featured borderless screens solutions, a central ground supported truss arch for lights and PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) cameras for IMAG. By prioritizing creativity and dependability, we exceeded expectations, ensuring the Flavor Experience left attendees inspired and hungry for more.
The Outcome
The creative solutions, pre-production support, and onsite service provided by CEI, including custom designed backdrop, programmable, dynamic lighting, and multi camera shooting with PTZ technology, created an unforgettable and enhanced experience for attendees.
